Update from Administrator – November 8, 2021

Dear Residents, Families and Friends:

This weekend, an offshift employee who expressed symptoms of COVID-19 was tested with a rapid test and PCR tests.  Both tests were positive for COVID -19. Although the employee had not been in the building for 48 hours prior to testing positive, in an abundance of caution, residents who were potentially exposed were tested. While awaiting the final results of that testing, precautions have been put in place. This includes: Limitation of visitors to the 4^th floor. As always compassionate care visits are allowed at the discretion of the nurse supervisor, Janet or Robin.

We expect to have more information in the next 24 hours and will provide an update at that time.
